Rebuilt website for an international furniture manufacturer and wholesaler. Restructured site based on XHTML and CSS2 standards; edited text; optimized images. Installed CSS-only primary navigation system and built out furniture catalog section with secondary navigation. Set up e-mail system for staff. Seeded search engines and trained staff for maintenance of the site.

Led usability assessments of top-level navigation for Australia’s national phone company. Mapped existing and proposed sites; wrote technical and user documentation for new templates; planned cross-browser testing and remediation; documented telstra.com host policy and processes; revised and wrote standards for XML, CSS, metadata, browsers, online advertising, templates etc.
